Uploading Inconsistently
When I first started my YouTube channel, I had no consistent upload strategy. I posted videos sporadically whenever a video was done with no schedule. This led to weeks or even months lapsing between uploads at times.
Uploading inconsistently fails to build audience expectation around new videos. It also hurts your YouTube channel’s algorithm authority.

When I finally got offers for paid brand sponsorships on YouTube, I said yes to every one without vetting relevance. But cramming in too many YouTube promotions diluted my content.
Desperately chasing every YouTube sponsorship opportunity damages credibility, especially if the brands don’t fit your niche.
Tip: Be selective collaborating only with sponsors that truly align with your YouTube audience and content style. Decline YouTube deals that feel inauthentic.
